Hard Wood Floors
Here we go cutting the carpet! Kim is taking the pictures.
Here is a picture after the carpet was removed. There are some really bad areas and white paint stains over the entire floor. Also some areas with water stains that were bad as well.
Here are some shots after 12 hours of sanding. I tried to take matching pictures above.
Here is a picture after washing the floor with mineral spirits. This is used to clear off all of the dust.
That's it for now! Hopefully the rest will turn out good. The only thing that was a bummer is that my knee pads made some black marks. Something to watch out for next time.
Just finished the coat of Stain. I hope this will be the only one.
